I had checked for individual operators for the plankton, dolphin watching, swimming and snorkeling and MrX Lovina Bali proved to win by cost for a private charter before I met their service.
Erix and his wife Silvi have a beautiful new boat with an even deeper story to it. They will be sure to contact you and be of immediate service any time of the day. I even messaged them quite late at night and they responded.

Silvi met us at the boat on the water and introduced us to the Captain. Both were super friendly and we had some conversation before embarking.
We chartered a private tour to see the plankton with us 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 6 and 8). Lots of space for us even to take a seat for each of us though we all huddled together at the front.
Silvi was able to allow us to embark at 5pm though the plankton tours usually start at around 7pm. It would be too late for our children and soon they would be sleepy. At 5pm we were able to enjoy a sunset ride and when it got dark enough the Captain got slightly closer to shore and would back up the boat so as to fluster the water and the the glowing of the plankton like stars could be seen.
What a neat sight! They are no large glowing blooms as we saw in some enhanced photos but they sparkle individually and are spaced out like the stars in the sky. If you use your hand to paddle the water, they get agitated and glow for a second before disappearing.
We meant to go in the water and snorkel but the kids were already tired and they may get cold if riding back to shore wet and with the wind at night. Perhaps next time I will go in the water with my husband for a night snorkel to see them. Apparently they are better seen this way.
This time I better not eat before going on a boat and to take seasick medicine to prevent feeling nauseous. Even so I enjoyed the experience.
A cool experience at least once in your life! I would like to see them again.
Silvi had taken some photos and videos which she sent me later which were very much appreciated since we rarely get photos of the 5 of us together.
Easy to board and unload the boat even with young children. Our Captain would take and carry our kids from the boat to the shore when we arrived so that they would not get wet.

we really had a magical time today, watched the dolphins under and over the water. what a moment. also had a great time with snorkling. the boat is clean and beautiful, Kadek the guide is super friendly and clever.
today was my birthday and they took the time to decorate our boat with balloons to be able to take beautiful pictures at sunrise. In addition to that I was able to see and swim with the dolphins it was an incredible experience. We also stopped to snorkel to see lots of very pretty little fish. They also offered us a breakfast with a beautiful view of the sunrise 🥰 Madé is super nice and attentive. The ride is really profitable I recommend it 100% it was my best birthday morning
